PSA BEFORE BOOKING ‼️‼️‼️ As of July 1, 2021 my policy will stick. I require a $20 deposit fee when you book any appointment or it will be canceled ‼️ All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and the appointment can only be rescheduled for a different time or day within a week. I need all brand new closures, frontals, wigs at least 2 days in advance of your appointment or you will be charged a $25 fee. Bringing it in advance gives me time to have your hair prepared and get you out the door quicker ‼️ NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES ‼️‼️ I am not waiving anyone else’s fee from this day forward. If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged $25 more at the end of your appointment . If appointment holder is a no-show or cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 40% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the card on file is not chargeable, you will be banned from making anymore appointments in the future. Y’all have to understand that my work is my living and someone else could have had the appointment you booked for . So please be courteous when booking .. thank you ❤️
